The challenge ....close, but no cigar!
The goal: catch a bigger fish than Vinny this week! D.K. my choice of lakes to complete the challenge. Baits I selected to achieve my goal...everything I can cram into my tube! I thought I pulled it off but fell a little short....! He has not heard the last of me!

Congrats in a nice looking bass and that is the biggest smile I have seen all year. Are you sure
you don’t have a bong in your tube? (Not that there’s anything wrong with that). Thanks for
sharing and glad you did not melt in the heat up there In Ramona as it must’ve been a scorcher.

Nice fish, I slayed out there today, bit of a lull between 11am and 1pm. I found where the nothing but 3+ were and with the cloud cover and bit of a sprinkle, top water was on. They were busting in frenzies after 3pm.

All the way in the back right as far as you can go. Rudder up paddles only, shad were all pushed up, got 3x 4#s back to back to back. Seen someone's umbrella back there, big Ole girl chilling in it's shade. It was fun, but the wind started kicking up good and paddling out sucked
