Hi, go here https://www.sandiego.gov/reservoirs-lakes and then you can see the days for those lakes. However, be advised that Hodges is closed on the third Wednesday of the month and they haven't updated the website.

Dixon is open and Miramar also =^^=

Miramar is closed the first Tuesday of each month so they should be open. Tight lines to you.

Found a kayak and float tuber on the water. Late start for me, got on the water by 11am.
About 30mins in instarted to get on them. Landed 7, 2 broke me off and missed a few.
After 1pm. I didn't see anyone on the water or docks. Had the lake to myself. Forgot how to post pics.

One of my dearest friends Timmy (in Oregon) has been following the potential lake closures in California, and I thought I'd share a meme he created thinking of me.

I was there bank fishing to the left of the launch ramp and saw you guys come in. Heard something like float tube vs air craft carrier :).
Seemed like the ranger just wanted to talk and talk and talk. I left with 8 from the bank in 2 1/2 hours, biggest like 2 1/2#

Finally got my new to me kayak out to the water. The day didn't start off great as a buried a treble hook just passed the barb into my finger. Luckily was able to get it out and keep on going! Ended up with four and lost one. Still learning to fish off the kayak but can't wait to get this out more!

Had a really fun day today out there. Not many boats and the fish are chewing! It’s really sad that it’s going to be shut down soon!

Put 14 bass and an ambitious bluegill in the boat today. All but one on power fishing techniques. Finally got my first Neko Rig fish which was nice.

It’s going to suck whenever it closes down but it would be awesome to get a couple more weeks out of it at least.

Got there prob around 10am decided to shore fish w friend I don’t like holidays people or traffic so we walked past everyone to rock piles middle lake from the ramp we both got 1 there decided to fish the big coves back after couple hours I ended w 4 he got 3 my biggest 4.5 on the dolive craw ...

We all have had some type of issues with our fishing vessels at one time or another, but having a good day on the water is what is most important. Really enjoyed your post as there was lots of detail and felt like I was there with you going through all the things of your fishing adventure ...

That sucks bro of course no other kayakers to loan theirs I bet I dread my wheels failing or breaking no way I can do what u did props on that
