It was hard to resist the temptation to leave the pier and start throwing kastmasters from the surf! Nice to meet a fellow angler and get in an unexpected fish session!

I was entertaining myself on the I.B. pier when I saw 'Francisco' reel in the biggest BSP I have personally seen. He had 2 others in this size range in his bucket. I made such a big deal out of it that he insisted I pose with *his* fish for a photo! Since I didn't ask permission to use his face on the forum, you get me.

That's a slab for sure. IB was always good to produce some big ones & hali's. Haven't fished it in a few years as water conditions got worse with the turd rollers, LOL.
