6 am check in. Haven't been here in a while, water is down 3 to 4' from when I was there last. Changed everything. I went to my favorite first stop and had to figure it out. No topwater for me, no real busters. Fluke did okay, but I noticed this guy just going off on them. I couldn't stand it and went over to him and had ask what he was using and that I wouldn't spread the word. He was an older guy flipped his boat around about 25' away flipped his lure at me, hit me in the chest. I was like that was a awesome toss. After looking at it, he told me what he was doing with it. Between that and a Texas rig worm Game on. The bite lasted to about noon. I should of been there earlier as he told me he killed it on topwater and I had just missed it. Yes he told me what he used.
Nothing big, but plenty of fun. The lake has some kind of aerator setup and it smells bad.

Saw that as well. I was wondering what it was. Never got down that way but I have the same picture . Frog bite kept me from moving around.
