Dec. 4-Quick River session

Post by VinnyBass »

The water is turning at the SD River...it is murky and green stained and also cold now. Put those things together and it was tough fishing. Did get 2 small bass on a Flashy swimmer with a Keitech trailer and got one bass flippin' a creature bait.
It was the biggest of the small bass so I included a pic for McFish to make some type of unusual fishing comment...ha ha
Haven't been fishing much...so it was fun to get out and toss some baits.

Thanks for sharing.
I take all the info I get from you regulars (Lake, SD River, Colorado River, IB Valley, Etc.) and try to use it on the rare times I get out there!

Most of the time I’m mixing it up between a Googan Krackin craw, Zoom Brush hog, Senko or a curly tail or straight plastic worm
when I am flippin. I remember I bought a pack of Googan Trench Hawgs a while back and for some reason so I decided to use
one this morning.

Now I just need to put a tracker on your tube and see where you are catching those nice bass at Murray.
Nothing but dinks for me and not very many my last few trips..,,,,,
Tight lines always Dan :-)

I'm sure one day you'll find a job and won't have to "live down by the river"..! good luck with that! .........P.S....don't eat those things!
