As a padre fan, it was a painful loss today in the 9th inning.

What I'm confused is that the individual park's ground rules are discussed before each game. That park is simple.

This is probably a good opportunity for some people to learn about the concept of Ground Rules.

Especially the announcers who apparently didn't know the ground rules, and opened a can of worms with their discussion on air regarding the play.
