Found these with either white or yellow crappie jigs in the main channel suspended 5 to 12 feet deep out in 20 feet of water. Always fun. The fish stayed suspended and feeding all day long with and approaching storm and the associated barometer pressure dropping. The catfish was up just under the surface chasing food too. All fish released.

Hmmm....it appears the blue catfish got a spawn off in spite of the low water and limited spawning habitat. Nature does find a way...
