Torrance Beach 10/20
This late season corbina ate a crab right at the edge of the sandy brown water. Good news is they are still around.

Hi Butch. Yes, still using sand crabs although finding soft shells has been *very* challenging. This guy bit a medium sized, ordinary hardshell. I was actually targeting croaker while sifting each wave looking for a soft shell to toss close for corbina. Translation... Very nice. I was seeing a little movement in the water down here last weekend thinking there might be something a bit bigger than perch swimming around but no takers. And congrats on finding the crab, that might be more impressive than the corbina lately
