Mission 10/16

Post by Perch killer »

Got out at first light for couple hours. Great conditions this morning, water temp felt around 65, little surge if any & no kelp/grass whatsoever. Not a skunk but not an all out bite either. Mostly bait stealing nibblers but managed 4 perchies, largest 8". Alternated between mussel meat & dried lugs; mussel got the better hits today. Some nice tides next week so could be promising if conditions cooperate as well.

Great to hear, especially with regards to kelp/grass. Hope that holds true for the weekend as well. A handful of perch in calm conditions sounds great!
