There are signs now posted on the OB pier requiring for a 75 ft restricted area around the pier, with no water activity inside 75 ft of the pier.
However, the sign doesn't state no fishing, no boating in this area.
It's a good area to make bait!
I'm guessing the ordinance basically applies to any activity near the pier, whether listed or not on the sign...?
Any thots?

Re: Fishing near OB pier
Big chunks of falling concrete can be hazardous to your health. One could reasonably expect to be run off. Much like one could reasonably expect boating and fishing to be considered "water activities."
If approached by authorities, inform them that you are traveling, not fishing or boating.
