Well it has been a while since I posted but thought I would throw up a collection of fish from a few different outings to my favorite local piece of water...so here they are, in mo particular order...actually they are chronological (most recent on the bottom...)

Anyone willing to sell a boat ticket for the 28th? I would love to buy it.

Decided to grab a boat and give more of the lake a try than I usually have access to walking the shore. Went with my buddy Chris (gotta have someone to drive the boat...). Quick after work session at a local (to work) piece of urban water. They are starting to get more aggressive and not shy about choking down the stickbaits...can't remember having to use the pliers on more than the occasional fish...anyway...2 hours, 4 bites, 4 fish.

Sometimes I fish for "other than bass", and this morning was one of those times. Lots of little nibbles on Carolina rig with gulp sandworms (sandcrabs were all still tiny babies)...and then bang not a little nibble, she took it and went. Fun battle and landed yhe biggest surfperch i have ever seen ...

me too...too water technicality...hung a worm over a tree limb and this guy came all the way out of the water to get it! later this guy had his eye on me...

I have a friend coming to the area for a bit and he is a self proclaimed "bluegill fanatic" and since I am not an expert on where to go for these I would like to ask for advice on the body of water and technique to get a bucket full for a fish fry.
