Lost anchor San Diego Bay

66 LB. stainless steel claw anchor lost July 4 Have a rough Lat and Lon outside of channel near Harbor Island appx. 30 feet deep. Do you have the electronics that can find it ? If you can hand me the anchor I will hand you $ 800

Talking to someone now. How was it lost? Did it get hung, if so, it may be burried. Did it just fall in like come off the shackle or is there here chain
