Small, palmable body. Holds up to saltwater use (even though it doesn't have stainless bearings). The mag brake thingy actually works, and can be cranked up to help beginners reduce backlashes. Daiwa's brake system is superior to ANY other brand on the market...unless you want to spend 200 dollars. Casts 1/4 to 3/8 lures...Add a shallow spool (25 bucks) and it casts 1/8 oz lures well.
