One place I never got to go.First boat I ever worked on just got back from a season up there, I was bummed.

My captain at the time said the locals were fishing super hard all day for silvers looking all around just scratching. My captain put the forward sonar down and absolutely crushed on irons and all the locals completely tripped out in disbelief.

Super stoked you got to experience it!

That's pretty freaking rad man! I brought a jig stick with me but only got to rip a few jig casts the whole trip. They really weren't to cool with it. Was gonna try some slowpitch stuff too but the damn airline broke my little slowpitch rod haha, oh well. I can't imagine how fun it would be to get tight on the jig with one of those things the way they rip and tailwalk like a marlin. Such cool fish.
