Water much clearer and up to 75+- degrees. Lots of fry all over. Once again, my only complaint is all the up-rooted tulles!! Damn froggers with 80lb braid!!! :o

I wonder what would make them let go? I've seen dormant ones in the winter that had no plan on letting go. I've seen dead ones out at the River that seemed like they were cemented to the bottom!

Who knows, last time I was at Otay, I went into a cove near the ramp and there had to be an area about 100’ long with an easy 30’ wide mat of tulles floating. Looked like you could walk on it. And there were tulles that were still anchored on the outside with tips out of the water. We stopped to have lunch and I observed several just let go and float up on there sides while sitting there on spotlock. With the amount of tulles in that cove, there was no way it was caused by fishermen
