Mission Beach 12/30

Post by Nelson 1 »

I was fishing in the morning 6:30 to 8:30. Caught 5 Perch. All around 11 inches. Water was very calm. Like fishing the bay. Some seaweed floating around. Got a few sprinkles no heavy rain.

This low surf sure is interesting! I think I'll go check things out for a bit tomorrow morning, and then back again a bit over the weekend to play around in the afternoon negative tides.

Thanks for the report!

When I got to the parking lot, I was wondering why there were no surfers . Then I was the water. 1 foot waves.

Nice fish, thought I’d ment a bait I used last year, I couldn’t find and crabs but I had purchased a bag of Z-Mann’s CrusteaZ and nailed them, nine Pearch in about an hour, if you haven’t tried them they’re worth it and because they’re Z-Mann’s they last a long time and they float.
HAPPY NEW YEAR

Happy New Year to you too. Just ordered some. Hopefully they're here by my next trip to the beach.
