Mission AM 10/30
Got out this morning for couple hours just before the high tide. Usual bait stealing critters hard at work, just nibblers for almost 2 hours without a single good hit. Finally one committed, an 8" bsp on mussel meat. Fish seemed to like the dried lugworms better but just tail biters, even tipped a few baits with a blood worm Fishbite but no interest. At least avoided the skunk !

Thanks for the report… No skunk is always a plus…I had similar results up in Bolsa Chica this am, but on homemade freeze/dried blood worms.. Good to see you trying different baits…

Re: Mission AM 10/30
I need to add mussel meat to my aresenal. I have some that I got from sprouts but its cooked, not sure its the best option as opposed to not cooked... can you buy it that way?
Thanks for the report and glad you caught something!
