Don't want to bore you guys with pics of clones
so here are just a couple... Anyway...this bass weighed 7.25lbs and held it too close to the camera..sorry about that. At least I am honest about the weight despite the way the pic makes it look...

Hey Dan....it is always great to see you out there on the water. You are truly one heck of a nice and down to earth guy and also one hell of a great bass fisherman! Tight lines always buddy.Dannicus wrote: Wed Oct 08, 2025 3:23 pm Hey man that was my fish. Stop hogging up all the biguns'! You did better than me. All I could muster was 5 all in the 2 pound range. Had a pretty nice jig fish on early, but it broke me off. Bummer. Good to see you as always Vinny.
After that first jump, I kept thinking this fishKillinTime wrote: Thu Oct 09, 2025 11:39 am Looks huge in that pic! I would have used a wide angle lens and held it even closer. LOL
That's a 10 pounder next spring. Way to go!!
The lower jaw on that fish makes it look even bigger!
You can tell it is not an old fish on it's decline. It will definitely be a butter ball during the spawn. Unfortunately the word is out in the underwater bass community about how skilled you are as an angler and she will not be biting any of your baits=D HahahaVinnyBass wrote: Thu Oct 09, 2025 7:21 pmAfter that first jump, I kept thinking this fishKillinTime wrote: Thu Oct 09, 2025 11:39 am Looks huge in that pic! is gonna be 8 or 9 pounds easily after seeing it
come out of the water on the first jump. I
mean,it had a big head and then after finally landing it, I could tell the body was a little
slimmer than normal. I wish I could’ve caught it during the spawn… but still very happy to he
able to land it.
You had me in stitches, talking about the underwater bass community. Anyway…That’s why I always switch baits so often to hopefully fool some of them into biting…. Ha ha.KillinTime wrote: Fri Oct 10, 2025 1:21 pmYou can tell it is not an old fish on it's decline. It will definitely be a butter ball during the spawn.
