Oh man! Not what we were hoping for. I want to see you have some good opportunities. Maybe another day?

Hopefully, the storm is heading north and east. I think Arizona is supposed to get a lot of rain out of this. It’s been raining most of the late afternoon and evening. It must have rained 3-4” in about 15-20 minutes earlier today. Our 2nd floor room patio had a couple of inches on it. Thought it was coming in the room. Some rooms got flood damage. We are dry.

Gave it a try for an hour this morning. Surf still up and I couldn’t get past the breakers. Did see afresh turtle nest. Don’t know how she got in and out with the pounding surf. No fishing tomorrow, It’s my wife’s birthday, so coffee in bed. …

So far, 1 week in Cabo, and 1 hour of fishing… The hurricane the first few days, then huge surf the rest of the week. The one try, I couldn’t get past the surf pound… The heat and humidity is pretty oppressive. I fished from about 6-7am and I looked like I fell in the pool…Pouring sweat.. Close to 85 at 6am and humidity probably the same… Not complaining, here with my sweetie, pool, drinks and great food… ….
