8/20 Left them biting

Early in and on the water in the dark. breezy no top water hook ups, would throw on missing for the bite. Fishing was pretty much like last trip. Picking them up on DS, TR and split shotting. Moved around looking for new places. Went to the dock fish were busting on the deep end on small bait. Hit those then cruised the dock picking up some more. Most of the fish were in 10 to 20'. I was hugging the bank then throwing out, that worked for me since I don't have spot lock, I clip to bushes. It got hot, not a big wind and it would stop once in a while. I was catching them, it just got to hot for me. 76 total.

Those dock fish can be fun when they’re chasing bait like that. I’m with you on the heat though, it can shut me down quicker than the bite does. Nice work clipping to the bushes too, that’s a smart move without spot lock.
