Mission Beach
Got out yesterday (5/29) at 05:30 AM for the -1.5 low tide to do a little hali hunting. Nice conditions, minimal grass/kelp if any at all. Worked a really good hole & surrounding area, tossing LC's and swimbaits for a good hour for nada, not even a bump. All the hand size perch you could want on small sand crabs. Upsized my hook to try some mussel meat and big crabs with roe to entice something larger, but no takers. Minus low tides have usually been real good, especially for corbina so overall a disappointment. Guess that's why they call it fishing & not catching ! LMAO

Re: Mission Beach
You got, you fished, even if the plan didn’t come to fruition… You’ll get ‘em next time…
