Well...not a great story today, but a few fish. Started late (some clock thing...), but the lake sure was pretty.

Walked almost to the damn dam casting cranks and spinners until my arm almost fell off...and then this monster:

so the skunk rinsed off and with my new confidence, I decided to walk back towards my car. Stopped to fish a bit and then

Then a familiar face came by and I informed him that he had missed it...and then...this:

not a bad end (wasn't really the end but should have been). Biggest was 3.4 lbs and the 1st one was 0 lbs. Getting better, a bit more water in the lake and a few more shallow fish.

Looks like a beautiful day. A few fish are just a bonus.
