As you know from my posts in the panfish section I've had a ton of fun recently targeting large Bluegill and Crappie on ultralight gear and micro lures. Two easy answers for me.
6” roboworm on a dropshot
Megabass Vision 110 Jr + 1 (or any of the 110 family jerkbaits, they all get bit)

Both of those are in my 5 “desert island” baits, along with a white spinnerbait, a 10-12’ diving crankbait, and the 5” Slim Senko.

Splitshot reaper, smoke salt and pepper.

Slow day for me today. There was absolutely NO breeze today which made it really tough to get bit once the sun got high. Managed 3 early fish on Flukes with the biggest going 4.36. I followed your lead and nailed this one plus 6 Clones on a 1/16 oz. Jighead and 4 inch Sluggo. 7 pounds 12 oz. Took me around the boat twice, jumped 4 hair raising times and had two drag screaming runs on six pound test.
