However the biggest surprise of the day was a nice slab crappie. I fish Murray an average of 3 days per week for the last 3 ...

Good thing you didn't come out to the D.K. yesterday, with temps in the high 90s and 30mph Santa Ana's blowing...you would of been screaming like a little girl! Plus, you wouldn't want to be catching bigger fish....lol lol lol lol ! Maybe next ...

Re: 5/30- Murray Laugher
Been about a week and a half since my last trip to Murray which was fun and topped off with a 5.50 lb bass. Always pretty excited to be back on the water at Murray, but something seemed strange. Scouting around there was literally no busters anywhere. I think I only saw one but the lake surface ...

The video is compilation of my last 2 trips out there, one in the boat and one walking and wading. Had 7-8 fish per trip with plenty of 2-4lb footballs ...

1st time to the sunken forest...
Well, I have driven by for years and never stopped to fish...what is wrong with me? Finally gave it a try and rented a boat last Sunday. I mostly wanted to learn about the lake and try a lot of things and that we did. Got a plopper fish early while my buddy Chris was throwing flys at the carp ...

Re: 6/4-Quick Shore session(very rare)
Last time I saw you post about a rare shore outing, you stuck a 9ish pounder on a black Hud at Murray. No 9 pounder this time, but still got one=D

The good news..I averaged bigger fish (I think). The bad news...my quanity was way down! The worse news...Vinny caught more than ...
