I usually fish Murray on weekdays because it is conveniently located by my kid's school. Murray, however, is closed the second Tuesday of every month so I ventured up to El Capitan.

#2. Water level is lowest I've seen in at least 15-years (subject to change any day or week).

I can second your sunscreen advice. I’ve had several spots of skin cancer removed over the years so it’s sunscreen and gaiters for me. Wish like hell I could wear long sleeves all day but I get too damn hot.

They are just keyed in on jigs and small baits. Nice fish!
