It's been a year or so since I've thrown this, and yep it still works.

Gamakatsu #2 light wire EWG hook, Zoom tiny Brush Hog in green pumpkin, and a 1/16 oz Nako tungsten bullet weight.

I don't peg the weight and pull it along the bottom and over vegetation giving it frequent little bounces then let it settle. It's. A slower way to fish, but still productive.
