Going to sweetwater this weekend for carp but never fished for them what are some good tips rigs and bait for them ?

Simple: Carolina rigged corn on a size 6 hook.

Fancy: hair-rig with boilies.

Hair rig with boilies or other carp bait is what the Europeans use where the carp are a lot more pressured than here.

Chumming with corn for carp works wonders but is not legal (don't know why as there is no limit on carp) in lakes and rivers in San Diego.

This guy has them carp @ Elsinore dailed in. Pack bait and corn.
