Tagging another member

I may be just missing how we do it here, but sometimes it would be nice to call another member's attention to a post by addressing them "@admin" for example.

@mention feature has been added. You can now tag other users by typing @ symbol in front of their username like this @Fishbreath
First type the @ symbol and the username you'd like to mention and then select the username. Done!
