Have they fixed the right side of the launch yet

No. It will take awhile for sure. The sand that has built up in that corner of the basin has to be sucked out. At really low tides, the floating docks come down on the uneven sand and the docks get broken as they rest on the sand.

Then sand removal will become a maintenance issue every few years.
