Fishiest lookin waters in SD

Sucks that this is probably one of the bassiest looking spots in the whole county and we can’t even access it. Imagine throwing some frogs, or running buzz baits by all those bushes and submerged trees. No fishing pressure whatsoever as well

Can I ask where this is?
And what’s the reasoning for no fishing there?

East side of the Sweetwater reservoir. Actually pretty difficult to get to. Alot of barbed wire on the Northside and mount Miguel to the south and east wide. West side is all water which you can't access by boat either
