Jiggy at Murray 12/2
Finally got into some nicer fish at Murray. Final count was 5. All fish were over two pounds with one going 3.5 and another was 4.5. It really was a beautiful early December day.

All at around 15 feet. Had to practically dead stick the jig with occasional little twitches.

Interesting! Had a guy at EC tell me that the fish there hang around about 15' all winter.

Solid job Dan!
I know they are deeper too in the winter there. I have had some success in the past on spoons under bait balls that I located on 2d sonar.

Yeah I've seen them schooled under bait balls there on my down facing, but I really need a course on spoon fishing because I don't honestly have a clue how to fish them lol.KillinTime wrote: Thu Dec 04, 2025 5:52 pm Solid job Dan!
