Wednesday Hodges sneak...

Post by tomnilll »

By sneak I mean that most people have to work on Wednesdays...Got to Hodges, bought a ticket and drove over to the other side (which is the only side for me I guess) but half way there I remembered leaving my sunglasses on top of the ticket machine (oops) so I drove back and by some miracle they were still there. 10 more minutes of fishing time gone...anyway I got to the water about 3:15 and by 4:15 I was sick of the wind, smelling like a skunk and my attitude was crashing...then everything was fine...

Then I went past fine, to fine and dandy!

And then...to keep me honest...a couple more drinks, here is an example.

Final total of 5, left at 6:45 and home before dark.

Clever signoff phrase

Wow, a tough start to a fishing trip and so glad
you found your sunglasses. Then fought tough
winds but caught bass which is great and a nice fat one to boot! Thanks for sharing and tight lines always. :-)
