Does this need to be registered with the trolling motor on it?

@Threeis420 yes, it does need to be registered. Any vessel thats motorized needs one. I bought one of these boats last fall and put a motorguide xi3 on mine and was denied at Castaic for not having a CF number. So I had to paddle it which was not fun in a 15-20 mph wind. There are some local lakes that didn't say anything though, I think because they weren't really paying attention. It's a pretty painless process to get the CF as long as you don't mind the CA DMV. Make sure you get a bill of sale, just something in writing with the seller's info and price. This looks like a great deal with the trailer. I love my boat. Good luck.
