I loaded my kayak up early this morning for otay saw Dan again great to see ya “cowboy” I got on water shot strait across got a dozen fish first couple hours flipping my neko 7” roboworm Arron’s magic right up to toulies dragging it back I missed as many as I caught or more then bite just seemed to die except a few dinks I hooked up on 50+ pound catfish again I think sane one from couple weeks ago he or she really likes my Dropshot 6” Arron’s magic battled it for 5 or 10 mins on bfs 10 braid 8 flouro leader had a buddy with me this time I was more confident which was my down fall I tried to muscle it up to my buddy I saw the tail fin kicking under that hydrilla pulling my kayak w trolling motor going under it broke me off dammit maybe next time I know where u live 😂🎣👍
I also went Jennings got boat yesterday only got 1 decent fish didn’t sight fish was hard to see cloudy tough day

Thanks for sharing your adventure at Otay.
Looks like you had some fun from looking
at the pics. Those cats really fight like heck
and find ways to get unbuttoned.

Awesome to see you out there this morning Robert. I had a really great day out there today as well!! Good to see you getting some kayak action. You'll get that pesky cat one of these days :)

Hey there's a new section on the forum specifically dedicated to BFS. Post some pics of your rigs, baits and stuff.

Yeah that’s my second battle with that big catfish thought having a friend would help was opposite very heavy fish guy at dock said he ain’t that big cause he’s stupid 😁

Ok I’ll post some pics yeah I’ll I’m using is bfs lately not even my medium maxim the sensitivity is awesome can feel so much loads up nice u did great today better then me I did not find fish after 11 I’d say just dinks 🤙
