TILAPIA IN LAKE OTAY

Hello guys, anybody in here fish at lake Otay? Do you happen to know the spot in this picture? This guy caught a solid tilapia, but i couldn't figure out the spot. I have never been at lake Otay, so I just want to ask around first before I make the trip down there, I live 2 hours away from lake Otay. :(

If I had to guess. Probably the cove with the shallow point
