Have a boat, need to add a person

Have a boat for later this month. Looking at the receipt and I saw that I need an additional fee for my fishing partner.
Does anyone know how how I can add him on?

I thought if you had a boat reservation, you could bring as many people fit in 2 cars?

You pay at the gate .... BRING CASH THEY ONLY ACCEPT CASH AND WITH NO CHANGE ..its 30$ at the gate
