I tried also.....
and he charged me $20 to let me know he was using 8lb test on one of his rods.
Then another $20 regarding baits to let me know that he has a favorite color Roboworm but only told me ...

I'm normally dropshotting in 10'-25', or chasing schooling breaking fish..but for a few weeks in the spring I look for shallow flats with scattered brush. The majority of my fish were found in tight spots ...

Hey @mcfish....let me know if you are planning to come down to Miramar and fish because it may be randomly closed that day

The City claims they can't charge the joggers, walkers, and picnickers to use the City lakes..but it's perfectly fine to charge the fisherman! The lake Rangers claim those walkers and picnic people are their biggest pain to deal with..so why do the fisherman have to pay for all those people's ...

Ok, I'll chime in! Every week I think it's going to happen...and it doesn't! The lake is actually still coming up even though they say they're still taking out 25mgd!!! The lake looks so good and everywhere you think there has to be fish..they're not there! I fished deep, shallow, flipped brush ...

Love the old school splitshottin! The lake turned to pea soup really fast..but the fish don't seem to mind! Good job and nice report..thanks!

It's normally a spring problem..might last longer this year with all the nutrients washed into the lakes this winter. The water in summer and fall can get quite clear actually!

If you only got one..I'm convinced it's no bueno! A lot of lakes are dealing with some nasty algae blooms now! It's the price we may for having a wet winter, lots of nutrients washed into the lakes.

Easy to see how no one trusts any of the water Authorities in southern California! Every time they drain a lake or move water around, it never seems to be the right move or it's based on politics. We were told the new San V dam was built to be our emergency water supply, but now after record ...

I'm guessing the shad are schooling!

Gimme back my baby bass! May seems early for topwater at Murray, but it will just make the season longer. I think maybe you forced them to feed! Yep, dropshot would of extended your day...you're so stubborn!
