July 20 report - SD Bay

Hadn't been out for 4 months and I finally made it out Saturday afternoon. Fished from 5PM to 7PM and my buddy and I caught about 45 spotties. Fished just south of the bridge in about 15 feet of water. All fish caught on 3/8 oz jigheads and 4 inch shad tails. We first tried off the cays, but didn't get a bite there.
