First off thank you to all veterans
Went to Mission Bay for the day with my entire family for Veteran's Day to have fun fish and have a BBQ
The bite was pretty good and steady throughout the entire day for us. Myself and my wife got there around 6am and she instantly hooked up on a drop shot rig. I casted out and then she casted her bait pole straight over me so I burned mine in and she got hers back in first to recast and I paused and got smoked by a Calico. After that it stayed pretty steady from then on out
She doesn't want her pictures posted so I'll share mine

Re: Mission Bay Veterans Day
Looks like fun...and the white seaperch!
When I spent more time soaking bait, some years I'd get gazillions of them...and other years, almost none.
Always wondered whether they were good eating.....
