Is there anyone using the Humminbird Apex fish finder, that can help me with learning to operate? I am willing to pay for the assistance.

I have had Lowrance fish finders and over the years the technology advances is almost overwhelming. I have actually found
that watching a number of YouTube videos have been very helpful especially on explaining the basic things that you need
to know to operate the unit and later you can go back and find videos that can help you customize the setting if you wish.
There are tons of custom things you can do like with color schemes, sizes, and multiple views of things on one screen, etc.
etc. etc. but you can learn those through time.
Hopefully someone out there may be able to help you in person but no matter what....just try to concentrate on the basic things
you need to accomplish with the unit like to identify the bottom depths and the fish on the screen. Good luck

Here are just a couple videos that may be helpful
And you could also search for these on your home computer with a bigger screen that might be more helpful.
