Had a random day off today and decided to check a few things off the list. I patched a hole on the raft so I wanted to make sure it was holding. I got a new fish finder that I wanted to test out. I also got a DJI action camera from the Mrs. for Christmas. I wanted to get familiar with it.
Accomplished all three and got 8 bass as well. Highlight of the day wasn’t fishing related at all.
While all the way down at the south end of the strand, I spotted two flamingos, first wading then flying. Looked into it, most certainly the pair that is spotted on occasion in the area. Who would’ve thought!
