wasn't supposed to be there but woke up at 3 and said f it... geared up and headed out got to the lake early and it was a busy one once on the water around 445. The morning bite was pretty good there was surface breakers but no takers and a ton of boils (small fish) everywhere hit pines arms and once the sun was completely up I notice I forgot mt hat and glasses..FML.... threw the popper for a few miss blowups 9in worm had a few bites but no takers crainkbait got a bill gill size of a plate and lizard pulled a few out of deeper water and heavy cover ... started headed back around 10ish ... numbers where low only had about 10 but what a beautiful morning took some shots of what made the morning better wished would of stay the whole day but had plans at noon.. till next year see you guys in 2025..

Thanks for the update and beautiful pics! Yeah, it was dead calm out there after that first early morning breeze. What a gorgeous day on a beautiful lake. Cheers! Can't wait for next year already.
