7-21 Report Late

Sorry for the late report but had a room at Viejas after fishing and there were too many distractions lol. Like Saturday am, Sunday morning weather was amazing. Little wind if any in Hauser and temps great until about 10. That gave us 5+ hours to crack the day’s code. We had a reel misadventure that took the reaper out of action but we both eventually settled in on the minnow. I did throw the senko a bunch but it was weirdly ineffective for a change. Tried throwing a frog up in the muck and it got ignored too. Thankfully the minnow was producing and it helped the girl get her PB of 3.5 lbs. She had others similar and had the bigger fish of the day altho I scratched out a one fish advantage. She got a slab crappie too. The oven cranked up around 10:30 and off to the A/C and pool we went.
