Thought this was a perfect photo to show of me flying down Lake Murray blvd with my truck and boat instead of posting pics of small (and even tiny) bass I have caught recently at Lake Murray.
Actually I have not fished much at all this month and yeah recently at Murray caught one ...

Was so beautiful last week. TopWas slow overall but the third cast got this nice one on a 7” lunker punker.

For those of you interested the DFG stocked Murray yesterday with trout. I have no idea how many pounds, but it wasn't a tremendous amount, and they were small. Most appeared around 10 inches. I threw practically the entire arsenal at them today. The final count was 8. Nothing huge, but all were solid 2+ pounders so I am not complaining. Every fish came courtesy of a tiny Megabass Griffon crank bait. They just wouldn't touch anything else.

Went out last weekend to Santa Ana River Lakes and got this beast on hook up bait. I don’t really fish for them and this beat my previous PB by 6lbs. It weighed 8.32lbs. Super fun catch on 2lb test!

Thought I would put this in here. It was caught on a BFS combo plastic worm 6 lb test. Don't have a scale for over 15 lbs.

Dont know if it was the new moon phase or what, it wasnt as productive as the weeks past.
Did get a few, the weather was great, just feel very lucky to enjoy a day on the water had my brother in law with me, he caught 12 bass , it was his best day count wise.

I got super lucky this afternoon at San V. After catching a bunch of bass on dropshots, I decided to target a few panfish laate in the day based on my meter readings and WHAMO, blessed with a tanker panfish, a 4.2 lb. redear.
