Not a secret for us. We chase busters and we only got em good once, We were chasing 3 or 4 schools for hours. Our best numbers were 140, 110, and 107 but for the most part ended like everyone else's numbers in the 60's. Topwaters and irons(5 and 7 gram). Brand did not matter.

I have a Lowrance 7 hds gen3 I'd be willing to part with. I think I saw someone selling their Active imaging sidescan which is compatible with unit.

Its a tool just like spotlock. Does it make you a better fisherman? It helps but not make you catch fish. If anything it tells you have many fish won't bite. Like anything else you must learn it. It does not do well in shallow water. The jig and minnow thing is a kick but frustrating at the same ...

If you can't take a picture with it doesn't count. Alot of people count the long range releases especially on a tube.
