Neep tides can be like that Joe . . I've never had much luck fishing them. Supposedly, can be good for halibut if calmer conditions. All bets off with the big swell & surf this weekend. I give you credit for giving it a shot and at least nice weather.

The big female BSP slabs should start showing in greater numbers the next couple of months with ravenous appetites as they get closer to birthing . Thanks for the report !
