(apologies if this is a duplicate....went haywire in editing)
Tried this one today.
Got nine spotties. Couple of kayakers were doing better, they seemed to be tossing slightly larger swimbaits. I was using 3 inch plastics. Also two guys were chucking Alabama Rigs and gettin' some.
Anyway, my bass were 10 to 13 inches.
also got three barracuda 16 to 20 inches. and a lizardfish. Then this:
21 inches...ignore the weird cell phone perspective that made the tail look ginormous.
My best corvina ever. And caught on one of my homemade....I mean "artisinal"....ScorcherZ tubes.
Be advised that the dock inside ACH is taaall. The tide was low when I got there and was able to stand on the hardpack silty bottom and get out. Higher tide might mean a scramble up the riprap...Or 'borrowing' a tied-up skiff to transit from your tube to the dock.
