Heres some recent shortfin corvina pics. I got the SFC bug for a couple months and let it interrupt my green fish game. It was fun, but after dropping a 9lb largemouth this weekend right at my feet, I'm kinda over it. Goin back to freshy. A couple of these fish were 26-27" the rest were medium sized.

Nice. Where do you store the fish when you are tubing?

when i was young, i was 99% c&r. that was mostly due to laziness and a lack of cooking skills.

in my house we’ve been eating fresh fish for over 25 years, makes it kinda hard to buy fish. especially when i go fishing every week

have you seen the price of fish lately.

Never seen one post spawn, interesting that they get like an anorexic needlefish.

If you're down for ceviche, I can show you the namero, another excellent way to enjoy them.

Well done. I usually target them in the surf, especially in the spring. Some years better than others. It all depends on the structure, which is formed during winter if that makes sense.

I bought that same bait a few years ago. Swims nice. Never got bit on it inshore. Even threw it into bird schools…. That’s an awesome catch
