Avoid a website called ETacklePro

Very nice, slick website, good prices, haven't been able to find any complaints about this site, so I ordered a fly reel from it. After a couple of weeks, there was no update on the order, but the payment posted on the day of the order. Each time I checked the order number on the website, I got a "order processing" update. A month passed and I have inquired about the order status via website messaging system twice, but never got a reply. Yesterday, I reported this to PayPal. They will look into it. I am confident that I will get my money back through them. Always a good reason to go through PayPal for any on-line order. Anyway, avoid ETacklePro/Aris Group/Dumella LLC. Looks like a large, well run business out of Christiana Delaware, but the website doesn't even have a phone number that you can call a live person at. I should have been more wary, but I m used to dealing with legitimate websites. So just a heads up.
