[Gotfish?]

Fished from float tube, launched at Pigs, fished 5 am to 6:30 pm. Got 27 bass, only 3 over 1 lb. Got as far as the west end of Becky's Bay.

Started with a 5" Senko but missed a lot of bites so switched to a 4" swim Senko (the only ones I had that were 4"). Also got plenty on a drop shot with a 5" finesse worm or Z-man TrickshotZ.

Kayakers that got back to the shallows and fished a wacky Senko said they were getting a dink on about every cast.

Water color is back to normal, about 4' visibility, the pea soup is gone. Still plenty of stringy moss. As I had mentioned in other posts, algae blooms often come and go. Did not catch any bass that looked undernourished.

On a side note, La Michoacana in Alpine was a good stop for ice cream on the way back. Used to stop at Rite Aid but they went out of business.
